About This Role:
We are hiring a Graphic Designer for a fast-growing DTC travel and comfort products brand to create high-converting, native-style paid social creative, turn briefs and performance feedback into strong visual iterations, and use AI and design tools to produce accurate, high-quality work at speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design conversion-focused static ads, GIFs, simple motion, and short-form creative for Meta and other paid channels, plus supporting assets for email, landing pages, websites, and social media.

• Turn creative briefs, hooks, customer insights, campaign goals, and performance feedback into strong visual concepts and new variations of winning ads.

• Create native, organic-feeling paid social creative using strong typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, color, and direct-response design principles.

• Use AI and design tools to generate, edit, and iterate product imagery, lifestyle visuals, concepts, and simple video assets.

• Review all work for copy accuracy, grammar, alignment, spacing, dimensions, branding, and asset consistency before submission.

• Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers while managing multiple briefs, revisions, file organization, naming conventions, and deadlines independently.

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Figma and Canva

• Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar motion/video tools

• AI image and video generation tools

• Meta Ads Library

• Shopify and Klaviyo or similar eCommerce platforms

• Google Workspace

• Project management and communication tools

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience , including meaningful paid-social or performance creative work for eCommerce, DTC, retail, lifestyle, or physical-product brands.

• Strong portfolio showing Meta/static ads, direct-response creative, and meaningful iterations or variations , not only brand or editorial design.

• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

• Experience creating native, organic-feeling Meta creative and translating briefs into effective visuals with minimal direction.

• Strong attention to detail and written English, with the ability to independently catch copy, formatting, spacing, alignment, sizing, and asset errors.

• Experience using AI tools for creative production and basic video or motion editing.

• Comfortable using performance feedback to produce fast, accurate revisions and new creative tests.

• Organized, proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple deliverables independently in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Background:

• Recent experience working in-house or closely embedded with a DTC/eCommerce brand , ideally supporting US, Canadian, UK, or Australian markets.

• Experience in a high-volume Meta creative environment with frequent testing and iteration.

• Experience with UGC-style ads, creator content, testimonials, comparisons, advertorials, and problem/solution creative.

• Familiarity with Meta performance metrics such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS, and creative fatigue, and experience collaborating with creative strategists or media buyers.

Shift Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for meetings, creative reviews, campaign planning, and project updates.

• Exact working hours and required overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and client.
