About This Role:
We are hiring a Graphic Designer for a growing eCommerce travel and comfort products brand to create conversion-focused image ads and digital assets, use AI to produce images and videos, and turn creative briefs into clear, polished designs that effectively communicate the intended message.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static, animated, and short-form creative assets for Meta ads and other paid marketing channels.

• Create social media graphics, email assets, website banners, landing page visuals, icons, product graphics, and other campaign materials.

• Turn creative briefs, campaign goals, and brand guidelines into clear, effective, and conversion-focused designs.

• Produce new variations of high-performing ads for creative testing and campaign optimization.

• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and edit images, videos, product visuals, lifestyle assets, and user-generated content.

• Apply strong image hierarchy, text hierarchy, typography, font selection, color choices, layouts, and visual hierarchy across all designs.

• Maintain consistent branding and review work carefully to prevent errors in copy, alignment, spacing, sizing, and asset usage.

• Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and marketing team members to complete deliverables and apply revisions.

• Organize design files, manage multiple priorities, and deliver the required volume of work accurately and on time.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

• Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

• Figma and Canva

• Adobe After Effects or a similar motion design tool

• CapCut or another video-editing platform

• AI image and video generation tools

• Shopify and Klaviyo or similar eCommerce and email platforms

• Google Workspace and project management tools

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a similar creative role.

• Strong portfolio showing image ads, paid social creative, social media, email, website, and eCommerce design work.

• Proven experience creating effective static image ads from creative briefs or concepts.

• Experience supporting an eCommerce, DTC, retail, travel, lifestyle, or physical-product brand.

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, layout, image and text hierarchy, typography, font selection, color, branding, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience using AI tools to generate and edit images and videos.

• Experience creating Meta ad creatives and producing multiple design variations from a single concept or brief.

• Basic video editing, animation, or motion design experience.

• Able to interpret creative direction, apply feedback accurately, and complete revisions quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Strong attention to detail with a consistent record of avoiding simple design, formatting, and copy errors.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects, daily deliverable targets, and deadlines in a fast-moving remote environment.

• Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work independently.

Shift Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for meetings, creative reviews, campaign planning, and project updates. Exact working hours and the required amount of overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.
