About This Role:
We are hiring a Senior Creative Strategist for a growing eCommerce consumer products brand to lead direct-response creative strategy, turn customer insights and performance data into high-converting ad concepts, and guide the creative team in producing campaigns that drive profitable growth. This role offers a clear path toward broader marketing leadership and potentially a future CMO position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the direct-response creative strategy for Meta and other paid advertising channels.

• Research customers, reviews, competitors, market trends, buying behavior, and overlooked product or audience insights.

• Develop campaign angles, hooks, offers, scripts, concepts, storyboards, and clear creative briefs.

• Build and manage the creative testing roadmap, production priorities, and follow-up iterations.

• Use Meta Ads Manager and creative analytics tools to evaluate CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.

• Translate campaign data into creative decisions, identify winning ads, and develop new concepts or variations.

• Guide designers, editors, content creators, media buyers, and external partners throughout the creative process.

• Use Claude and other AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, analysis, and workflow improvement.

• Improve creative workflows, reporting systems, templates, and quality standards.

• Support brand positioning, customer acquisition, campaign planning, and long-term marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, growth marketing, direct-response marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.

• Proven success developing paid social campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands, supported by a strong portfolio or case studies with measurable results.

• Strong knowledge of direct-response marketing, copywriting, Meta advertising, customer psychology, and conversion-focused messaging.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and the ability to use performance metrics to guide creative decisions.

• Experience turning customer research, competitor insights, and campaign data into campaign angles, hooks, scripts, offers, concepts, and creative briefs.

• Proficiency in Claude and other AI tools, with a proactive approach to finding new ways to improve the quality and efficiency of creative work.

• Experience leading or directing designers, editors, content creators, media buyers, or external partners.

• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with founders and senior leaders.

• Strategic, commercially minded, organized, accountable, and attentive to detail.

• Proactive, committed, and proud of delivering high-quality work beyond the minimum requirements.

Shift Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, with required overlap during US business hours for meetings, creative reviews, campaign planning, and project updates. Exact working hours and the required amount of overlap will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.
