About This Role:
We are hiring a Head of Partnerships & Creator Program for a fast-growing DTC foot-care and consumer-wellness brand. You will own the creator, influencer, and product seeding program end to end—from identifying the right partners and managing outreach to tracking content, relationships, performance, and long-term opportunities. This role reports directly to the Founder/CMO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and own the brand’s creator, influencer, and product seeding strategy across organic, affiliate, gifting, and paid partnership opportunities.

• Source, evaluate, recruit, and build relationships with creators who align with the brand, target customer, content needs, and growth goals.

• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, agreements, product selection, shipping coordination, content expectations, usage rights, timelines, and follow-ups.

• Develop a consistent creator pipeline and maintain strong relationships with high-performing creators for repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.

• Track creator activity, product seeding, content delivery, affiliate performance, engagement, conversions, and other relevant program metrics.

• Identify strong creator content that can be repurposed for paid ads, landing pages, social media, email, and other marketing channels.

• Work closely with creative, performance marketing, and leadership teams to align creator briefs, campaign priorities, launches, and content needs.

• Build scalable systems, reporting, processes, and documentation for managing a growing creator and partnership program with minimal oversight.

• Set and hit their own performance-driven KPIs for the program (e.g., creators onboarded, content delivered, affiliate-driven revenue, etc.), with minimal need for direction.

Software/Platforms/Tools:

• Creator and influencer management platforms such as GRIN, Aspire, Modash, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, or similar

• Shopify

• Meta Ads Library and social media platforms

• Affiliate platforms such as Social Snowball, GoAffPro, Refersion, Tapfiliate, UpPromote, or similar

• Google Sheets and Google Docs

• Slack, Trello, Notion, Asana, or similar project management tools

• Canva or Figma

• Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate partnerships, brand partnerships, or a similar role, preferably within eCommerce, DTC, consumer wellness, beauty, or CPG brands.

• Proven experience building and managing creator or influencer programs from sourcing and outreach through execution, reporting, and relationship management.

• Strong understanding of product seeding, gifting, affiliate partnerships, paid creator collaborations, content usage rights, and creator economics.

• Comfortable negotiating rates, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and partnership terms directly with creators or their managers.

• Strong judgment in identifying creators who fit the brand, audience, creative direction, and commercial objectives.

• Experience using creator performance, affiliate, engagement, and conversion data to decide which partnerships to scale or discontinue.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, particularly for creator outreach, relationship management, and negotiations.

• Highly organized, proactive, commercially minded, relationship-driven, and comfortable owning a program independently in a lean remote environment.

• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate/seeding programs is a strong plus, though it is not the primary focus of this role.

• Experience with Instagram Creator Marketplace is a strong plus.

Shift Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, with approximately 4–5 hours of daily overlap with US business hours to support creator communication, partnership calls, internal coordination, and campaign execution. The remaining working hours may be completed asynchronously. Exact working hours will be agreed upon directly between the contractor and the client.

Additional Requirement:

• This is an exclusive full-time contractor role. The selected contractor must not maintain concurrent full-time client engagements during the contract. Candidates should be comfortable communicating directly with US-based creators, agencies, and external partners.
