Inside Sales Specialist

Objetivo del cargo
Transformar el flujo de prospectos (leads) en clientes efectivos mediante un proceso de venta consultiva ágil, garantizando altos niveles de conversión y el crecimiento sostenible de la cartera de nuevos negocios de la organización.
Posición diseñada para profesionales enfocados al área comercial, con enfoque consultivo. Con capacidad de respuesta rápida y cierre, responsables de transformar el interés de clientes potenciales en relaciones comerciales sólidas, asegurando un proceso de venta fluido, ágil y de alto impacto.

Seguimiento
Formación
-
Formación en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Comunicación o carreras afines.
-
Mínimo 2-3 años en ventas comerciales, captación de clientes o gestión de cuentas.
-
Experiencia comprobada en el manejo de ciclos de venta cortos y medios en sectores de servicios, tecnología (SaaS), o intangibles.
-
Trayectoria demostrable en el diagnóstico de necesidades y manejo avanzado de objeciones.
-
Experiencia en ventas B2B.

Venta consultiva y diagnóstico de necesidades.

Gestión de leads.
-
Agilidad digital con dominio fluido de herramientas de gestión comercial

Comunicación persuasiva enfocada a ciclos cortos y cierre.
