Skills Training EC C.A. (Solubusiness S.A.S.) is an established corporate training and commercial engineering consulting firm. For over 10 years, we have helped businesses accelerate growth through sales intelligence, specialized recruitment, CRM automations, and advanced customer experience (CX) strategies.

We are seeking a highly motivated **Sales Executive – Business Development** to help drive our international growth by generating new B2B business and converting qualified leads into long-term corporate clients. Operating from our regional ecosystem, this role targets clients aligned with U.S. time zones.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic follow-up.
* Convert qualified inbound leads into paying customers through consultative sales conversations.
* Identify corporate customer needs and present tailored consulting and training solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while maintaining an organized CRM pipeline.
* Accurately document all customer interactions and sales activities within our internal CRM system.
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
* Confidently handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal consultants while maintaining strong organization and professionalism.

**Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of direct or inside sales experience with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals (B2B or consulting sales experience is a plus).
* Available to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST/CST/PST).
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Proficient with CRM software, outbound dialing platforms, Slack, Google Workspace, and modern sales tools.
* Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet professional workspace, and a quality headset for remote work.
* Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and the ability to perform independently.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* **Base Salary:** $1,200 – $1,600 USD per month (based on experience).
* **Commissions:** Uncapped sales commission structure with significant earning potential.
