Reservations Support Specialist

We are seeking a Reservations Support Specialist to provide responsive and detail-oriented assistance throughout the reservation process. This role focuses on research, coordination, communication, and maintaining accurate reservation information.
Responsibilities
- Assist with reservation-related questions and requests
- Research availability and service options
- Coordinate reservation details
- Review confirmations for accuracy
- Communicate important information and updates
- Assist with modifications and special requests
- Maintain organized documentation
- Follow up on incomplete or outstanding items
- Communicate with service providers as necessary
- Provide professional support throughout the reservation process
Qualifications

- Comfortable with online systems and research
- Reliable and responsive
- Previous reservation or customer service experience is helpful but not required
