Distribution Partner Specialist

To support and lead the execution of Red Bull's strategy across Sierra region, working closely with our distributor partner from Sales Managers to Sales Representatives. The role is accountable for achieving the regional volume and coverage targets, driving Perfect Store execution, developing distribution opportunities and strengthening in-store presence. Through business tracking, action planning, team coaching, market visits and field leadership, the Distribution Partner Specialist identifies growth opportunities and ensures the effective execution of Red Bull standards across the region

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Manage and achieve the defined volume and coverage targets for Quito and Sierra across the assigned channels, including Downtrade and Wholesalers.

  Analyze regional KPIs including sales, distribution, coverage, Perfect Store and other relevant commercial indicators to identify gaps and define corrective actions.

  Translate Red Bull strategy into clear priorities and action plans for the distributor team, ensuring focus on the biggest opportunities in the region.

• Build strong relationships and maintain high engagement with the distributor team, from Sales Managers to Sales Representatives, ensuring alignment with Red Bull priorities.

  Coach, train and motivate the distributor team through regular field accompaniment, sales coaching and feedback to maximize their capabilities and results.

  Establish strong communication and collaboration between Red Bull and the distributor, creating a dynamic environment focused on execution and results.

• Ensure the distributor team consistently delivers Red Bull Perfect Store standards and POS execution across the region.

  Follow up on availability, visibility, cooler execution, POSM and other in-store standards, identifying gaps and ensuring timely corrective actions.

  Use business reports and market feedback to improve execution quality and strengthen Red Bull's presence at POS.

• Constant market visit across Quito and Cuenca to understand market dynamics, identify execution gaps and uncover new business opportunities.

  Identify potential new POS, distribution opportunities and areas for incremental volume and coverage growth.

  Translate market insights into concrete actions with the distributor team and follow up on implementation and results.

• Develop and maintain action plans based on regional performance, market opportunities and identified execution gaps.

  Track distributor KPIs and ensure agreed actions are implemented within the defined timelines.

  Complete required reports and administrative processes accurately and on time, using data to support decision-making and improve distributor performance.

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Off Premise, FMCG, Beverage companies or similar commercial environments.
• Experience working with or managing distributor sales teams and field sales organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver volume, distribution and coverage targets.
• Strong organizational skills, ownership and ability to work independently across a geographically distributed territory.
• Ability to identify market opportunities through regular market visits and translate insights into action plans.
• Leadership, coaching, motivation and team development skills.
• Strong field execution capabilities and understanding of Perfect Store / POS standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with commercial KPIs and performance reports.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is preferred.
