About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our client's team in the international logistics and freight forwarding industry. This role will support the sales process by preparing freight quotations, coordinating shipments, maintaining customer communication, and assisting with daily sales operations. The ideal candidate has previous experience in ocean and air freight , understands logistics processes, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations for ocean and air shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Assist in tracking shipments and providing status updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding logistics services and shipping rates.
• Ensure timely communication between internal teams and customers.
• Help manage sales pipelines and follow up on pending opportunities.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or international shipping.
• Knowledge of Ocean Freight and Air Freight operations.
• Familiarity with freight quotations, shipping rates, and logistics documentation.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting a logistics or freight sales team.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and international shipping.
• Experience working with freight carriers or logistics providers.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
