Remote Customer Service Assiatant (Ecuador)
100% Remote Control / Part-time or Full-time
We are looking for a reliable and structured remote administrative assistant for our Swiss team to support us in our daily administrative and digital tasks. This position is ideal for self-employed, detail-oriented people in the home office.
Your tasks
Processing of e-mails and simple customer inquiries
Maintenance of documents, tables and internal data
Planning and coordination of online meetings
Support for simple online research
Support for ongoing administrative projects
Your profile
Very good written communication skills ( English, Spanishwould be an advantage)
Stable Internet connection
Availability of at least 10-15 hours per week
Basic knowledge of working with computers & online tools (familiarization is offered)
