OPORTUNIDAD LABORAL 🚨- 📍 Quito 🚀 Key Account Executive (KAE) ¡En Human Brand nos encontramos en la búsqueda de talento comercial de alto nivel! 🚀 Buscamos un/una Key Account Executive (KAE) que asumirá la gestión comercial, el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas y la fidelización de cuentas clave de una reconocida firma en el sector de Salud, Longevidad y Bienestar Integral en Quito. Buscamos un profesional con una alta capacidad de relacionamiento, visión estratégica y un marcado enfoque consultivo, capaz de construir relaciones de confianza, identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar vínculos comerciales de largo plazo. 🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión? Gestionar, cuidar y potenciar el portafolio de cuentas clave VIP y convenios corporativos, mientras lidera la captación de nuevos clientes potenciales y el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas, garantizando una experiencia de servicio impecable de principio a fin. 💼 Principales responsabilidades • Gestión & Fidelización de Cuentas Clave (Key Accounts): Fortalecer, fidelizar y expandir las relaciones comerciales con cuentas estratégicas, impulsando su crecimiento y maximizando su valor a largo plazo (Lifetime Value). • Prospección Estratégica & Alianzas Corporativas: Identificar oportunidades de negocio y establecer alianzas estratégicas con empresas y socios comerciales, impulsando relaciones de largo plazo y la generación de nuevos negocios. • Atención & Conversión de Leads Oportunos: Acompañar de forma ágil y profesional a los prospectos de alto valor que solicitan información por canales digitales o telefónicos. • Venta Consultiva de Alto Valor: Brindar una asesoría personalizada en servicios de salud y estética avanzada, abordando objeciones con maestría y asegurando el cierre de la venta. • Gobierno Comercial & Uso del CRM: Registrar y dar un seguimiento analítico a cada cuenta en el sistema para no dejar escapar ninguna oportunidad de negocio. 👤 Perfil que buscamos • Experiencia: 4 a 8 años en ventas directas y gestión de cuentas clave VIP (deseable en medicina estética, salud privada, clínicas, seguros médicos de gama alta, hotelería de lujo o servicios corporativos). • Formación: Título universitario en Marketing, Administración de Empresas, Comercial, Comunicación o carreras afines. • Perfil Comercial: Mentalidad Hunter refinada, capacidad de negociación al más alto nivel, comunicación influyente y presencia ejecutiva impecable. • Herramientas: Dominio de plataformas CRM, WhatsApp Business y lectura de reportes comerciales.
