Buscamos un Líder Técnico con experiencia en gestión de equipos de desarrollo y liderazgo técnico, responsable de coordinar la ejecución de proyectos de software garantizando la calidad del código, el cumplimiento de los estándares de desarrollo y la entrega oportuna de los productos. Será el enlace entre el negocio y el equipo técnico, definiendo requerimientos, gestionando riesgos, supervisando el desempeño del equipo y promoviendo la mejora continua mediante metodologías ágiles y buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software.
Responsabilidades
Título de tercer nivel en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
Más de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software y al menos 2 años liderando equipos técnicos.
Experiencia liderando proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
Conocimiento en arquitectura de software, control de versiones (Git), integración continua y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
Experiencia desarrollando en lenguajes como C#, Javascript, Typrescript.
Experiencia desarrollando en frameworks como .net y react.
Conocimiento en levantamiento y definición de requerimientos funcionales, no funcionales y técnicos.
Experiencia en gestión de riesgos, planificación, seguimiento de cronogramas y gestión de entregables.
Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar la comunicación con áreas de negocio y proveedores.
Conocimiento de prácticas de documentación técnica, seguridad, infraestructura y gobierno de desarrollo.

Liderar y gestionar el equipo de desarrollo, asegurando una correcta asignación de tareas, seguimiento del desempeño y cumplimiento de objetivos.
Participar activamente en el desarrollo de funcionalidades críticas, realizando revisiones de código y garantizando la calidad técnica de las soluciones.
Gestionar el cronograma, riesgos, entregables y documentación técnica del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
Definir y validar requerimientos funcionales, técnicos y no funcionales en coordinación con el negocio, arquitectos y demás áreas involucradas.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de políticas, estándares de desarrollo, seguridad e infraestructura dentro del equipo.
Coordinar la comunicación con Product Managers, Product Owners, stakeholders y proveedores tecnológicos para asegurar el éxito de las iniciativas.
