However, please keep in mind that this doesn't guarantee immediate placement or communication.A day in the life:The Paid Media Senior Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts, and are highly regarded for their mastery over Paid Media advertising. The Senior Strategist is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. On top of their Paid Media knowledge, the Senior Strategist has an understanding of cross channel strategy and how their service impacts the broader media mix. They are oriented towards the clients' business success, tying their efforts to the greater business goals, and are able to communicate effectively with Executives. They are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of all aspects of campaign creation and management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Senior Strategist is excellent at providing insights and forward thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, and has a strong understanding of their service's strategy and the levers to pull to drive performance.Responsibilities:Enterprise-level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownershipProvide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and data from client-specific source of truth (e.g. GA, Shopify, etc.)Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledgeContinuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goalsMaintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clientsSeek to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possibleParticipate in the development process for new department training materialsEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentRole Requirements:4-5 years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years in agency settingMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine MarketingSpecifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accountsSignificant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following additional campaign types:Performance MaxStandard ShoppingYouTube AdsDisplay AdvertisingLocal campaignsBing AdsProficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)Proficiency in Google AnalyticsExpert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media's place in the marketing funnelStrong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the storyOther skills required:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independentlyInterested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing companyKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):$13.5k team-member EBITDAMaintain below 10% Client Churn Rate4-6 Accounts (complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency)Most Important Things (MITs):Excellence in channel production and account performanceCross-channel collaborationInternal communicationPower Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
