Experience in TikTok and Meta Ads platforms is a must! Paid Social Strategist is responsible for the performance, strategy, growth and execution from A-Z of paid social accounts. You will lead and execute upon a paid social strategy that helps reach a business' overarching goals and work closely to optimize strategies for our TikTok clients. You will work closely with the team and our clients making sure we are hitting or surpassing monthly performance goals, as well as collaborating with the creative, organic, and influencer/partnerships teams to ensure we are best-in-class across the channelResponsibilities:Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platformsEffectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channelsChannels include TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn where applicable. Heavier emphasis on TikTok and MetaLead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goalsEffectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teamsProactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action itemsAutonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical and strategic items, updates, and recommendations via email, calls, and/or Slack (as applicable)Excellent marketing and business strategy acumenComplete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid socialFull understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategiesAbility to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired resultsOwnership of performance reporting and strategy communicationExecute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilitiesAutonomously presents performance reports and recaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients (verbally and written)Ability to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next stepsPresent forward-thinking plans and execute to drive business resultsOperating as an effective member of the team for both department and account teamsContributing to a constructive and effective work environment in line with PD core valuesActively participate in the growth and development of junior talent where applicableEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentRequirements:1-2 years of digital marketing; Agency experience a plus1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc)1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus1 year experience client facing and handling communicationsExcellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel featuresExcellent data analytics skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following:$26k MRR or6 owned clientsBelow 10% client churn ratMost Important Things (MITs):Delivering top-tier product, as well as owning strategic direction and channel communication for designated accounts, overseeing effective reporting and execution of channel strategyAccount Growth & Retention (Results & Sentiment)Power Digital's people and culture are at the core of our success, which is why diversity in our team's backgrounds and experiences are paramount.
