You'll help usautomate internal processes and client systems, making things work faster and smarter across the company.You'll work closely with our product, compliance, and marketing teams to build workflows, improve CRM functionality, and support our capital raising engine with automation.What You'll DoBuild automations using GoHighLevel,Make.com, ClickUp, and SlackConnect workflows between tools (e.g., GHL ? Google Sheets ? Slack alerts)Customize GoHighLevel to fit specific team or campaign needsSpot inefficiencies and suggest better systemsHelp launch new automations for internal operations and client onboardingBuild dashboards and tracking toolsProvide training and documentation for new systemsTroubleshoot any tech issues related to automationsStay current on low-code/no-code trendsWhat We're Looking ForMust-Haves:Fluent English communication is a MUST!(written and spoken)1+ year of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel/LeadConnector or similar CRM systemsExperience with ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack, and ZapierStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and get things doneA tech-forward mindset and love for learning new toolsBonus Points For:Basic programming or scripting skillsExperience with marketing automation or fintech toolsFamiliarity with Webflow, Jotform, or other integration platformsWhat You'll GetCompetitivelocal salaryPerformance-based bonusesFullEcuadorian benefits(IESS, 13th & 14th salaries, paid holidays)15 days of paid time off, plus 1 extra day each yearCompany laptop+home office setup(after 3 months)Hybrid worksetup (mostly remote + a few coworking days per month)Career growth in a fast-scaling global fintech?Ready to Join the IFT Team?We'd love to hear from you!
