Job descriptionPropósito del puestoGestionar, desarrollar y fidelizar la cartera de clientes asignada, asegurando una relación estratégica de largo plazo, mediante una gestión comercial consultiva orientada a generar valor, crecimiento de ingresos y satisfacción del cliente a través de soluciones tecnológicas alineadas a sus necesidades.Funciones principalesGestión de cartera de clientesAdministrar y dar seguimiento continuo a la cartera de clientes asignada, garantizando una atención oportuna y de calidad.Mantener relaciones comerciales sólidas y de largo plazo con clientes B2B.Venta consultiva de soluciones tecnológicasIdentificar necesidades, dolores y oportunidades de mejora en los procesos del cliente.Proponer soluciones tecnológicas (software, servicios digitales, proyectos a medida, etc.) alineadas a los objetivos del negocio del cliente.Presentar propuestas de valor claras, técnicas y comerciales.Desarrollo y expansión de cuentasDetectar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de cuentas activas (upselling y cross-selling).Impulsar la adopción de nuevos servicios, soluciones o líneas de negocio de la empresa.Gestión del proceso comercialGestionar el ciclo completo de venta: prospección, levantamiento de requerimientos, propuesta, negociación y cierre.Elaborar cotizaciones, propuestas comerciales y presentaciones ejecutivas.Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas comerciales y KPIs establecidos.Coordinación internaTrabajar de forma articulada con áreas internas como Preventa, Operaciones, Tecnología, Marketing y Finanzas para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos vendidos.Canalizar requerimientos del cliente y dar seguimiento a entregables, tiempos y calidad del servicio.Seguimiento postventa y experiencia del clienteAcompañar al cliente durante la implementación y entrega de los servicios.Gestionar feedback, incidencias y oportunidades de mejora para asegurar una experiencia positiva.Medir la satisfacción del cliente y promover la fidelización.Gestión administrativa y reportingMantener actualizada la información comercial en CRM.Elaborar reportes de gestión, forecast de ventas y pipeline comercial.Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas comerciales y procesos internos.Indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) referencialesCumplimiento de metas de ventas.Crecimiento de ingresosAZAR en cuentas activas.Tasa de retención y fidelización de clientes.Valor del pipeline comercial.On-siteSalesAll done!Your application has been successfully submitted!View Remote JobsYou've already applied for this jobThank you for your interest - we've already received your application, so this new submission can't be accepted.
