Data Scientist - Personalization & Recommendation

Buscamos un Senior Data Scientist para liderar la estrategia de personalización y recomendación de productos en nuestra plataforma. El objetivo de este rol es analizar el comportamiento de los usuarios para mostrarles el contenido y los productos más adecuados en el momento preciso.
Serás responsable de diseñar, entrenar y mantener modelos de datos que generen sugerencias automáticas (como productos similares, compras habituales o recomendaciones personalizadas en la pantalla de inicio y en el carrito). Trabajaras junto a los equipos de Tecnología y Operaciones para asegurarte de que estos modelos funcionen en tiempo real y ayuden a mejorar las ventas y la experiencia del cliente.
✨ Requisitos para la posición
Educación y Trayectoria:
Buscamos un/a profesional graduado/a en Ciencias de la Computación, Inteligencia Artificial, Sistemas, Matemáticas, Estadística o carreras afines (con maestría deseable en Machine Learning o Data Science). Cuentas con más de 3 años de experiencia llevando modelos de Machine Learning a producción, dedicando al menos 2 años al diseño de sistemas de recomendación, hiperpersonalización 1:1 y segmentación de usuarios.
Ciencia de Datos & Algoritmos:
Dominas con soltura técnicas de recomendación (filtrado colaborativo, factorización matricial ALS/implicit, modelos basados en contenido) y arquitecturas avanzadas de Deep Learning para RecSys (Two-Tower, SASRec, GRU4Rec). Manejas embeddings, contexto en tiempo real y soluciones para el reto de cold-start. Además, aplicas algoritmos de clustering (K-Means, HDBSCAN, GMM) traducidos a segmentos de negocio accionables.
MLOps, Cloud & Código:
Escribes Python y SQL de nivel avanzado y tienes experiencia end-to-end desplegando servicios en la nube con GCP (Vertex AI, Feature Store, BigQuery, Cloud Run). Manejas Docker, CI/CD, MLflow y la creación de APIs REST/gRPC, velando siempre por la baja latencia, la observabilidad de modelos en vivo (drift) y el costo de inferencia.
ADN & Experiencia Deseable:
Tienes un pensamiento analítico riguroso y una clara orientación a producción : prefieres soluciones efectivas funcionando en vivo sobre modelos teóricos complejos en notebooks. Valoramos enormemente tu paso previo por industrias de e-commerce, grocery/food delivery, retail o marketplaces.
