THE POSITION

Home Instead is hiring a highperforming Client Care Sales Coordinator to manage inbound inquiries from U.S.based families, understand their care needs, qualify potential clients, and schedule consultations with our local team. This is not a scriptreading call center position. We are looking for someone who is confident speaking English, comfortable having meaningful conversations with families, and able to combine empathy with a strong sales mindset. The right candidate knows how to build trust, ask the right questions, overcome hesitation, consistently follow up, and move qualified families toward the next step in the care process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer inbound calls and inquiries from families seeking home care services Build rapport and trust with prospective clients and family members Ask consultative questions to understand each familys needs and situation Explain Home Insteads services clearly and professionally Qualify prospective clients and schedule consultations with our local team Follow up consistently with families who have not yet scheduled or started services Manage leads through the sales process Maintain approximately 4050 daily call and followup activities Accurately document calls, leads, and followup activity in our CRM Communicate professionally with clients, families, and internal team members Meet established activity, consultation, and conversion expectations

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Fluent English, both spoken and written Excellent verbal communication skills Confident speaking with U.S.based customers by phone Strong customer service and consultative sales skills Comfortable asking questions and guiding conversations Persistent and organized with followup Professional, empathetic, and personable Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals Strong computer and CRM skills Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment Reliable highspeed internet connection Professional remote work environment Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, call centers, healthcare, lead management, appointment setting, or similar roles is preferred.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay 600 USD per month Independent contractor position Performancebased compensation may increase after 6 months Additional performance bonuses available for this role

SCHEDULE WORK ENVIRONMENT

Fulltime 100 remote Supporting a U.S.based company in Orlando, Florida Work schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time Regular phone communication with U.S.based families
