En Grupo SIXSTAR Hotels nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un(a) Analista de Talento Humano , quien tendrá la oportunidad de gestionar y dar seguimiento a los diferentes procesos del área, contribuyendo al desarrollo de nuestros colaboradores y al fortalecimiento de nuestra cultura organizacional.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de ejecutar y dar seguimiento a los distintos subsistemas de Talento Humano, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas, la normativa laboral vigente y los lineamientos corporativos, así como brindando soporte y acompañamiento a los líderes y colaboradores de la organización.
Buscamos una persona organizada, proactiva, con criterio, capacidad de análisis, buenas habilidades de comunicación, orientación al servicio y capacidad para gestionar diferentes procesos de manera autónoma y oportuna.
- Título universitario en Psicología Organizacional, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería en Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de dos años en posiciones similares.
- Conocimientos en legislación laboral, selección, capacitación, desarrollo organizacional y relaciones laborales.
- Manejo de indicadores de gestión y herramientas tecnológicas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial.
